Iran sets import duties of 1% for affordable electric cars

Iran’s First Vice President Mohammad Mokhber has submitted the Cabinet's decision on the commercial interest rates for the import of electric cars to the relevant ministries.
According to the decision made on December 27 by the Cabinet, the import duties for various types of electric cars are as follows:
Up to 20,000 euros: 1%
20,000 to 30,000 euros: 11%
Above 30,000 euros: 26%
