Aliyev: Baku and Tehran can expand economic relation
Iranian Agriculture Minister Mahmoud Hojjati and Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev emphasized boosting bilateral ties in agricultural domains between Tehran and Baku.
During the meeting, the president of the Republic of Azerbaijan expressed satisfaction over the process of the development of relations between Baku and Tehran in all areas.
"The political leaderships of the two countries make every effort to expand the relations more and more," he stressed, adding that the Republic of Azerbaijan and the Islamic Republic of Iran are two neighbors, friends and brothers.
Aliyev also highlighted the achievements of Iran in the field of agriculture and expressed the hope that cooperation in this area would have good results for both sides.
During the meeting, the Iranian and Azerbaijani authorities discussed investment in agriculture and the creation of combined units of production between the two countries.
