Wages should be proportionate with worker's basket of goods; worker representative assembly
In a statement, Tehran's worker's representative assembly has called for proportionate measurement of worker's wages.
Tehran’s worker representative assembly in a statement has called for real and tangible workers’ wages rates calculation.
The assembly in its statement has called for precise measurement and calculation of the wages based on worker's baskets of living goods and services.
The statements also requested for the calculation of next year's wages and called for precise implementation of article 41 of the law in the new year.
“The assembly hopes the government remains committed to at least part of its promises,since many of which haven’t been achieved up until this moment, and try to adjust current wages rate, proportionate with the living good and services baskets of the workers. Through such action, the government would be able to help production cycle and its contractors to move. The cabinet should stop spending from workers income in this area” the statement followed.
