More Iranian citizens visit Turkey in January

The number of Iranian citizens visiting Turkey increased by 52,660 in January 2018, according to a report of the Ministry of Culture and Tourism of Turkey.
The report says that 154,296 Iranians visited Turkey in the period.
According to the report, Iranian citizens accounted for 10.56 percent of the total number of foreigners visiting Turkey in January 2018.
Iranian citizens ranked first in terms of visits to Turkey in January 2018, according to the ministry.
In total, 1.4 million foreigners visited Turkey in January 2018, says the report.
