Leader: Occupation of Palestine, a dirty page in history
Supreme Leader of the Islamic Revoluiton Ayatollah Seyyed Ali Khamenei said in his speech at the 6th Conference in Support of the Palestinian Intifada held on Tuesday morning that oppressive occupation of Palestine is a dirty page of history.
“Like other dirty pages, the dirty page of occupation of Palestine will be closed with god permission and assistance,” the Leader added.
He noted that “One cannot find any nation in the history that has suffered such amount of sorrow and has been under such oppressive measures.”
The 6th international Conference On Palestinian Intifada kicked off with participation of 80 delegations from different world countries in the Iranian capital, Tehran on Tuesday morning.
Ayatollah Khamenei on Tuesday morning paid tribute to the memorial of martyrs of Palestinian Intifada upon arrival.
700 foreign guests and representatives of the pro-Palestinian organizations have attended the conference.
The international conference on supporting the Palestinian Intifada will end with President Hassan Rouhani's speech and a statement will be released at the closing ceremony.
