Iran's head of workers house, criticizing the countries' health policies expressed concerns about social security organization.

“Alireza Mahjoob”, Iran’s parliament member, attending at the Pak daily factory officials' meeting said: “We should be sensitive about challenges and issues facing Iran’s social security organization and social security fund and such sensitivity includes both insurers and pernsioners.”

“These days we hear about flooding and air pollution in Khoozestan, but I want to talk about floorings that are threatening our social security organization.” Mahjoob stressed.

Referring to the boost in doctor’s income in new health reform proposals, he said that the health ministry has made a grave mistake and instead of addressing health challenges, it has unfairly increased medical treatment costs.

Saying that he has warned the ministry about this, he added that no one can control the future of the path that we are taking.

“Employment rate is disproportionate with insuring and at the same time, the income which has to be from workers insurance titles haven’t balanced the organization account and many of the sources haven’t been supplied.” He emphasized.

Mahjoob, telling that the organization requires about 5200 million Tooman, said that none of these sources and incomes has been funded and we have to also consider that the government owes the biggest to the social security organization and the amount of the debt is exceeding 100 billion Toman.

“The health ministry has said that they should transfer 9/27 of workers medical treatment share to an independent account and it’s not clear who has made such calculations because if they were aware of the financial systems, they would not come up with these numbers.” Mahjoob continued.

“2 percent of this share should be back to pensions and this makes the whole sum 7/27 but despite all the explanation that has been given, they are asking to refund their account with 9/27.” He emphasized.
